As you probably all know my Mac only setup, here is my Mac / TV / Gaming setup of my bedroom (I'm 15). PS3 is connected to the TV.

The iPad is in the Apple iPad case. On the right, I can relax (watch TV, play PS3). On the left I make homework and work with the MBP / iPad. As I sit at the desk I often watch TV. Very relaxing. Photo is taken with my iPhone 4. My PSN is: jessieblommaart. Add me, I'm unbeatable with FIFA 11....;)

Ah good to see that it's not worth upgrading my Core Duo MB to the new one, I think the speed increase wil lbe negligble (comparing a 1.83Ghz CD with 1.83C2D)
Yeah the benefit for C2D is the bigger cache size mostly. That's only available on 2GHz and up AFAIK.
I'd still rather have the new potentially bug fixed hardware though.

Over the weekend, even Defense Secretary Robert Gates admitted that America has no vital interest in Libya.Uh yeah. Saw that on Meet the Press. Paul is only telling a half-truth. Gates went on to say that other NATO countries felt they have a vital interest in Libya, and I think we all understand how the NATO treaty works. Whether or not you believe or agree with that, the fact is that Paul misrepresented Gates' statement.

I heard something that the catalog will be release again soon, and since it will be available, hopefully, soon on iTunes...

Definitely. These people are here for the conference and workshops, not some 30 minute media event. :)
It's my guess that many here seriously think WWDC is just a show for Apple to give a keynote and call it a day.

I am surprised so many PCs are sold as it is. I wonder if people are happy with them or they just sit in a drawer or closet somewhere.
Macs aren't the answer to everyone's needs. Apple only have a touch over 4% of the worldwide market so do you think the other 96% of customers are sitting there head in hand wishing they had a Mac?
Apple have targeted the highly profitable premium home market and now dominate it. They aren't interested in the low end or business market because they don't need a huge market share to do well and are prepared to let their competitors fight amongst themselves for those lower margin sales.

Anyone watching Studio 60 on NBC tonight, Matthew Perry was using an aluminum 12" or 13" MacBook Pro. You could tell that it was a MacBook Pro and not a G4 because there was an iSight built in to the lid right above the screen. If you Tivo'd it, check it out! it was approximately 20 minutes in to the show.
He usually uses a black Macbook. I'm sure it was just shot at a strange angle to make it appear aluminum.

Wouldn't be a bad idea. Even if they just made "patches" so we aren't downloading half a gb of updates every 2 weeks.
